На нашем сайте мы предлагаем уроки английского языка (intermediate) по фильму «Собака Баскервилей». Это экранизация самого известного романа А. Конан Дойля «The Hound of the Baskervilles». Основной целью при просмотре фильма является понимание английской речи на слух. Сначала это может показаться нелегкой задачей. Возможно, при первом просмотре вы даже ничего не поймете! Но не расстраивайтесь, просто у вас не развит фонематический слух и вам нужно как можно больше слушать.  Обращаем ваше внимание, что этот фильм без субтитров. Однако для развития навыков аудирования фильмы  без субтитров подходят больше. Смотрите каждую сцену несколько раз, пока четко не услышите все слова, которые вынесены в список слов обязательных для освоения.

An Old Legend about the Hound of the Baskervilles

(in short, retold by Dr. Mortimer)

At the time of the civil war the Manor of Baskervilles was held by one Hugo, a wild godless man. Hugo accused his wife having an affair with a young man. Mad with jealocy he beat her savagely. She fled across the moor. Hugo chased, caught her and killed her. But her hound devoted to its mistress had followed. It flew at Hugo and tore out his throat, before he stubbed this creature with his hunting knife. According to a legend ever since the ghost of a hound was plagued on a family…. Many of the family have been unhappy with their death that have been bloody sudden and mysterious.
